Obbo uses artificial intelligence to help turn your website, approved sources, and instructions into podcasts, comics, visuals, and customer chatbot answers. We are committed to using it responsibly and transparently, and to being clear about what it can and cannot do.
How content is made
You provide source material and direction, and may upload photographs, logos, or other brand assets. Language models help propose ideas, write scripts, and prepare content; image models create artwork; voice synthesis produces audio. Chatbots use the knowledge and settings prepared for them to generate answers. Content is created dynamically, so the same inputs can produce different results.
Generated content is not a record
AI can make mistakes, leave things out, or invent details, even when it is working from approved sources. A generated scene is not proof that an event happened, and generated dialogue is not a quotation from a real person unless you have independently verified it.
A character drawn from a photograph is a likeness, not an exact portrait. Expressions, proportions, product details, and character appearance can vary between images. Synthetic speech may mispronounce words or convey an unintended tone.
Nothing produced here should be relied on as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Check factual claims, names, numbers, and brand details before using or publishing content. Review chatbot knowledge and settings before making the chatbot available to customers.
Photographs and likeness
Upload a photograph only if you have the right to: a photograph you took or own, with the permission of anyone identifiable in it, and the permission of a parent or guardian where that person is a child.
Do not upload photographs of public figures or people you do not know in order to put them in a generated story. Depicting a real person who did not agree to it is a misuse of the service whether or not the result is flattering.
We do not use photographs of identifiable people, or content made from them, in our own marketing without asking you first.
What you agree not to make
You may not use this service to:
- Depict a real person without their permission.
- Sexualise anyone, particularly anyone who is or appears to be a minor.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or humiliate anyone.
- Present generated content as a genuine record of an event or as evidence.
- Impersonate people or organisations, or deceive customers with fabricated claims.
- Infringe copyright or trademarks, including putting existing copyrighted characters into a story without permission.
- Produce content that is illegal or promotes harm.
We may decline a request, remove content, refuse a physical order where applicable, and restrict or end access for misuse.
Children in content
Where content includes a child, the person making it must hold the necessary permissions and review the depiction before sharing or publishing. The same safety rules apply as for adults, with stricter protections around depictions of minors.
Safety and moderation
We apply automated checks, our providers apply their own, and we review what is reported to us. No system catches everything in either direction: acceptable requests may be refused, and unacceptable content may get through. If content or a chatbot answer contains something it should not, tell us at hello@obbo.me.
Third-party AI providers
We rely on third-party AI providers to write, draw, generate speech, and answer questions. Your inputs, uploaded material, and relevant source content may be sent to them so they can do that work. We may change or add providers to improve quality.
You decide what ships
You choose which ideas to pursue, review and edit the content through the available controls, and decide what to share or publish. Before putting a chatbot online, review its knowledge and settings and test its answers. Once it is live, answers are generated automatically; they are not individually approved by you or Obbo before a visitor sees them.
You are responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, appropriate for your audience, and supported by the rights and permissions you hold.
Transparency
Content produced by Obbo's generation tools is AI-generated, including generated sample artwork. Do not present synthetic voices, scenes, or dialogue as authentic recordings. Make the use of AI clear where needed so your audience understands what it is seeing or hearing.
